Hello, thanks for reaching out. This is supported by using a user level ~/.commandcode/settings.json that would work for globally allowing permissions across all your projects. https://commandcode.ai/docs/settings#settings-json-project-behavior

This is intentionally kept manual to give users a chance to introspect and make the allowlist for permissions exactly how they like.

I know there is a user level ~/.commandcode/settings.json

The point is that the option to add permissions in it is not present in the permission prompt

Spot on @Malix-Labs Personally, setting global permissions for Command Code from a project level permissions prompt as mentioned above doesn't feel right. Hence, we allow the users to intentionally set that when the want.

Alternatively, you can ask Command Code to set it for you globally, and it will use the config tool to add the permissions to your global settings. I would be closing this one out unless we get more feedback from the community. Thank you for the feedback!
