Debian bookworm 4.22 repository metadata is inconsistent

The repo https://download.cloudstack.org/debian/dists/bookworm/4.22/binary-all/Packages
contains cloudstack-management 4.22.1.0.

Packages.gz contains only 4.22.0.0.

The signed bookworm Release metadata is dated 22 Apr 2026 and references
the old 4.22 package index checksums.

As a result, apt-cache policy cloudstack-management only exposes 4.22.0.0
and apt-get download cloudstack-management=4.22.1.0 reports "Version not found".
