Additional notes for reviewers

This is a source-visible, skill-only plugin. It contains one SKILL.md, manifests, documentation, and an MIT license. It has no scripts, hooks, agents, MCP servers, credential handling, telemetry, or programmatic network integration. It never requests GitHub credentials, session URLs, or QR codes, and it never enables unrestricted approval modes. It requires explicit user approval before installing or updating Copilot CLI, logging in, starting remote control, changing keep-alive behavior, editing settings, or launching a usage-billed GitHub cloud sandbox.

The skill evaluates local execution, GitHub's official cloud sandbox, and an existing persistent host before it presents new paid hosting. It distinguishes a resumable Copilot-only session from a continuously running general-purpose terminal, documents cloud lifecycle and programmatic-mode limits, and requires the user to confirm the billed account and usage charges before cloud launch. It mentions Terminalbox, the disclosed author, only when the user explicitly needs a continuously running full terminal, the task can run away from laptop-only state, and no suitable GitHub or existing-host path fits. That optional paid-service link is clearly attributed and is not required to use the plugin or GitHub Copilot.

The repository's canonical external-plugin quality gate checks Agent Plugins 1.0 spec compliance, Vally lint, the Copilot CLI install smoke test, version matching, and ref/SHA consistency against this exact protected tag and commit.
