Overview
Release 0.91.0 bumps package version (pyproject.toml, _version.py, release manifest) and adds a changelog entry for the upstream API change: credential providers must have a name, with server-side backfill for previously unnamed rows.

The SDK surface change in this PR is documentation only: create/update name fields on credential providers now state that surrounding whitespace is trimmed and the trimmed value must be non-empty, in credential_providers resource docstrings and CredentialProviderCreateParams / CredentialProviderUpdateParams TypedDicts. No new client-side validation was added.
